I run fun, drop in sessions for different levels of practioner. You’ll get a chance to meet other yogis and practice together, they’re drop in so you don’t have to commit if there are some weeks you can’t come.

Mondays, 7:30-8:45pm, level 1-2
Wednesday, 7:30-8:30, level 1

Please be respectful of other students and arrive a few minutes early, especially if you have any questions or limitations to tell me about before we begin. If you’re late, it’s ok, just come in quietly and take a seat if we haven’t yet begun to move, I’ll help you get a spot when we begin. If we’re already moving I’ll find a space for you.
What to bring/wear to class
Mats and props are all provided or if you have your own please feel free to bring them along. Wear things you feel comfortable in for exercise. You might also want to bring something warm to put on or a blanket for the end of class for the final relaxation section. Please leave your shoes and socks by the entrance of the studio.
Level 1 – This is a beginner’s level class suitable for anyone who’s done some yoga before or just starting out. Options will be given for more challenging aspects of the class.
Level 2 – Suitable for anyone who’s been doing yoga for 6 months or more. Options will be given for more challenging aspects of the class.
